Order Online

To shop online just follow the link to Catalogue and make your selections. After each selection click the "Add to Cart" button, then continue shopping. When you are ready to complete your purchase, click the "Checkout" button and enter your method of payment. Secure credit card purchases can be processed through PayPal without having to open a PayPal account. That's all there is to it!


In Person

To shop in person come to our Warkworth, Ontario showroom, and view first hand our full range of products. To get there just follow the driving directions and be prepared for a warm welcome.

Shipping and Handling

Orders received by 2 p.m. EST, (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Applicable shipping charges depend on the weight of the item and the destination. While ensuring your shipment is protected, we charge the lowest possible rates for shipping. Should you want the order shipped express, please call us or send an email immediately after placing your order to orderdesk@raydeccreations.com.


International Orders

All international orders are welcome. Extra shipping charges may apply as international orders will be shipped by air mail.


Refunds and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is Raydec Creations first commitment to you. Our products must meet your discerning taste. We select only the finest quality products and should your purchase fail to meet your exacting standards, please return it within 10 days for an exchange, credit or full refund. Please call us for a return number and pack the items carefully for shipment, preferably in the original packaging. Ensure that the return number appears on the outside of the package. All returns are expected to be unused and in their original condition. No items that are damaged will receive a refund. Please include a copy of the original invoice, with the returned items marked. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on books. All book sales are final.
